Plinth is a studio practice producing furniture as permanent objects. Each piece is cut, cast or joined in a single material and finished by hand, in editions small enough to number. We build for decades, not seasons.

[RETURNS & EXCHANGES]Made-to-order pieces are built for you, so returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when the piece is unused and in its original crate. Once inspected, we refund in full less return freight. Bespoke commissions and finished samples are final sale.
[WARRANTY]Every Plinth object carries a ten-year structural warranty against defects in material and joinery under normal domestic use. Natural stone and timber will age — patina, movement and grain are the material, not faults. We repair or replace any covered piece at our cost.
[SHIPPING & DELIVERY]Pieces ship crated and insured. Most orders leave the studio in 6–12 weeks; freight and white-glove delivery are quoted at checkout by weight and destination. On white-glove deliveries we uncrate, place and remove all packaging, and email tracking the day your piece ships.
[PRIVACY]We collect only what an order needs — your name, address and contact details — and never sell or share it. Payments run through Stripe, so we never see your card number. Write to the studio any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold.
