Haven is one room in Bermondsey and four coaches. We train people three mornings a week for as long as they want to keep coming, which for most of them has been years rather than weeks. There is no transformation package here and no before-and-after wall. What we sell is a coached hour in a small room, repeated until it is simply what you do on a Monday.

Nobody trains here unattended. Every session on the floor has a coach on it, which is the whole reason the room is the size it is and the reason the membership is capped.

Eleven platforms, one rack per platform, and no mirrors anywhere in the building.
The room is quiet, the music is off, and nobody is filming. A good half of the membership arrived having decided that gyms were not for them, and stayed because this one turned out not to be one. We cap it at six because that is how many people one coach can genuinely watch.

An hour, one coach, no obligation and no sales conversation at the end of it. You will be told plainly whether this room is the right one for you, including when it is not.
